$2,400/week + $120 cleaning fee
monthly short term rental
$8,000 + $120 every 2 weeks cleaning fee
security/damage deposit
of $500 is refundable fourteen days after check-out
if property is left without any damage, excessive dirt or excessive
garbage
rates are subject to change without notice and may be increased
during high season

how to book
a deposit is required to guarantee your reservation and in case
of cancellation
the amount of the deposit varies according to the length of your
stay; it is usually between 30% and 50% of the total amount due
balance of payment plus security deposit is due upon arrival in
cash or travelers cheques
cancellation policy
please allow 1 to 2 months for cancellations
in case of a cancellation, the deposit will be refunded only if
we can re-book your dates
no refunds will be issued for cancellations made after arrival
