An ideal downtown location, Old Cabbagetown is only 10 minutes walk to Eaton Centre, the Distillery District, St. Lawrence Market, Ryerson University, theatres & restaurants and other attractions Toronto has to offer; we are also close to public transportation (Dundas streetcar, 4 stops from Yonge & Dundas and the subway line).

	rates based on a maximum occupancy of 6 people (children/infants pay regular rate) daily rental (we require a minimum of 4 nights) $300/night during the week $400/night/weekend $50/night for any extra person, house sleeps up to 9 people weekly rental low season : (oct.-may) $2,100/week + $150 cleaning fee (except x-mas) high season:(may-oct.) $2,400/week + $150 cleaning fee monthly short term rental (3 to 6 months) $7,500 + $150 every 2 weeks cleaning fee $50 extra will be charged for: - check in or check out on saturdays and sundays - check in before 16:00PM or after 20:00PM - check out after 11:00 AM security/damage deposit of $500 is refundable fourteen days after check-out if property is left without any damage, excessive dirt or excessive garbage rates are subject to change without notice and may be increased during high season and main holidays

	The Arts on Seaton House was a very enjoyable place to stay. It is so spacious and comfortable and felt very homey. It is very close to public transportation, which was very convenient. I am on tour with a Broadway show, so I live in short term furnished housing year round. I have basically seen it all (all over North America) and this living situation is definitely in up there with my favorites. Living here made my four month stay in Toronto enjoyable.
