the accommodation: house sleeps up to 8 people
3 storeys + basement, large 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. huge master bedroom/loft on the third floor. 3 bedrooms and one bathroom on second floor. living room with wood burning fireplace, hardwood floors throughout, finished basement (separate entrance), walkout to back yard from kitchen, perennial gardens, 2 car detached garage with laneway access.

the rates:

weekly rental
low season : (oct.-may) $2,000/week + $120 cleaning fee
high season:(may-oct and x-mas, new year, easter and march break) $2,400/week + $120 cleaning fee

monthly short term rental (2 to 6 months)
low season : (oct.-may) $4,500 + $120 every 2 weeks cleaning
high season:(may-oct.) $6,500 + $120 every 2 weeks cleaning

security deposit
of $300 is refundable fourteen days after check-out if property is left without any damage, excessive dirt or excessive garbage

what is included:
- heat, electricity, water (utilities)
- basic Cable TV and high-speed wireless Internet
- fully equipped kitchen: 3 appliances, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils, dishes, pots and pans
- linens and towels
- laundry room in the basement
rates are subject to change without notice and may be increased during high season

how to book
a deposit is required to guarantee your reservation and in case of cancellation
the amount of the deposit varies according to the length of your stay; it is usually between 30% and 50% of the total amount due
balance of payment plus security depositis due upon arrival in cash or travelers cheques

cancellation policy
please allow 2 months for cancellations
in case of a cancellation, the deposit will be refunded only if we can re-book your dates
no refunds will be issued for cancellations made after arrival for any reason
