streetcar, 4 stops from Yonge & Dundas and the subway line).
the accommodation:
the
apartment is a bachelor suitable for one person. it has private entrance,
private spacious bathroom, room (160 sq. ft.) kitchenette TV (basic
cable), single size bed, tile floors.
the rates:
weekly rental
$275/week + $70 one time cleaning fee
monthly short term rental (3 months min. to 6 months)
$950 + $70 every month cleaning fee
rates are subject to change without notice and may
be increased during high season
$50
extra will be charged for:
- check in or check out on saturdays
and sundays
- check in before 16:00PM or after 20:00PM
- check out after 11:00 AM
what is included:

security/damage deposit
of $200 paid at the time of check-in is fully refundable
after check-out if no damages are found
how to book
a
deposit is required to guarantee your reservation at the time of booking
the amount of the deposit is 50% of the total amount due
balance of payment plus security deposit is
due upon arrival in cash or credit card
cancellation policy
please
allow 2 months for cancellations
no refunds will be issued for cancellations made 2 months or less
before arrival for any reason
