located in the heart of QUEEN WEST, this charming condo is walking distance to Queen St. West, Chinatown, Kensington market, Little Italy and UofT, 2 minutes to the Art Gallery of Ontario and Dundas streetcar about 5 minutes to downtown at Yonge and Dundas Square.

the accommodation:
1 bedroom, 1 bathroom fully furnished condo unit in boutique building, suitable for one or two persons. the apartment has living room, kitchen/dining area, bedroom with queen size bed and large closet, spacious bathroom, laundry. High speed internet, phone and cable TV are included, too. Fee for parking.

the rates: based on a maximum occupancy of 2 people

weekly rental
low season : (oct.-may) $650/week + $80 cleaning fee
high season:(may-oct.) $750/week + $80 cleaning fee

monthly short term rental (2 months to 6 months)
low season : (oct.-may) $2,500 + $80 every 2 weeks cleaning
high season:(may-oct.) $3,000 + $80 every 2 weeks cleaning

security deposit
of $300 is refundable fourteen days after check-out if property is left without any damage, excessive dirt or excessive garbage

what is included:
- heat, electricity, water (utilities)
- basic Cable TV and high-speed wireless Internet
- fully equipped kitchen: 3 appliances, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils, dishes, pots and pans
- linens and towels
- laundry room in the basement
rates are subject to change without notice and may be increased during high season

how to book
a deposit is required to guarantee your reservation and in case of cancellation
the amount of the deposit varies according to the length of your stay; it is usually between 30% and 50% of the total amount due
balance of payment plus security depositis due upon arrival in cash or travelers cheques

cancellation policy
please allow 1 to 2 months for cancellations
in case of a cancellation, the deposit will be refunded only if we can re-book your dates
no refunds will be issued for cancellations made after arrival for any reason
