the accommodation: apartment sleeps up to 3 people
ground floor + basement, large 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom in a house. renovated brand new eat-in kitchen with walkout to deck and back yard, stainless steel appliances, spacious living room and office on ground floor. Lower level bedroom, bathroom and family room (can be second bedroom). Please note that if you are taller than 6' you may find the basement too low, as the height is 6'3

the rates:

weekly rental (2 weeks min)
$850/week + $120 cleaning fee

monthly short term rental (2 to 4 months)
$2,500 + $120 every 2 weeks cleaning

security deposit
of $500 is refundable fourteen days after check-out if property is left without any damage, excessive dirt or excessive garbage

what is included:
- heat, electricity, water (utilities)
- basic Cable TV and high-speed wireless Internet (limit 900MB/day usage)
- fully equipped kitchen: 3 appliances, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils, dishes, pots and pans
- linens and towels
- laundry room in the basement, washer/dryer
rates are subject to change without notice and may be increased during high season

how to book
a deposit is required to guarantee your reservation at the time of booking
the amount of the deposit is 50% of the total amount due
balance of payment plus security deposit is due one week before arrival
cancellation policy
please allow 2 months for cancellations
no refunds will be issued for cancellations made 2 months or less before arrival for any reason
